Summary of sales conditions

Deadlines

• Expect a minimum processing time of 2 months: this is an estimated timeframe, and a more precise deadline will be provided in your quote. It will vary depending on your project and the other orders I am working on.

• You can specify a deadline in the form below if you have one, and I will let you know whether I can meet it.

• The deadline stated in the signed quote can only be guaranteed under the following conditions: the quote must be approved with the signed terms and conditions, the deposit must be paid on time, you must respond promptly to approve or request changes to the design tests (with photos and videos as reference), and the remaining balance must be paid before the dice are shipped.

Payment

• Prices are listed in euros (€).

• All details will be provided in the quote you receive and sign.

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total order price must be paid after signing the quote and before starting the design tests.

• The remaining amount must be paid in full (one-time payment) once the dice are finished (with photos and videos as proof) and before shipping.

• The total amount includes the project price + shipping and packaging fees (which vary depending on weight, destination, and selected options).

• Both payments (deposit and remaining amount) must be made exclusively via bank transfer.

Number of Tests

• Included in the price: 2 test pours + 1 final version, for a total of 3 resin pours (x2 if the project requires blanks).
  

I only accept projects that I am confident I can complete. The quote ensures that all details are clear before the deposit is paid and the tests begin. I will send photos/videos at each step for validation. Unless there is an uncorrectable defect or handling error (which will not count as a test), 3 pours will be more than enough!

Any additional test will be charged €15.

You only pay for and receive the final version of the project.

What is not customizable or doable

-Anything that requires 3D software design, followed by 3D printing, sanding, polishing, and mold creation: this is an extremely long, complicated, and costly process that unfortunately cannot be carried out on an individual scale for a private client.

The following are excluded from custom orders:

• Dice or objects in shapes other than those listed in the section above

• Fonts, symbols, etc. other than those featured on the dice above

-I work entirely on my own and by hand. The process of making a beautiful handcrafted die is long and meticulous. Therefore, I cannot produce a large quantity of dice. Please fill out the form or contact me directly (via email or Instagram DM) if you're unsure about the feasibility of your project!

-I do not replicate the work of other dice-making artisans. Thank you for your understanding!
